Extremely Disappointing Experience:

I had a very negative experience with this insurance agency. They completely dropped the ball on my policy and left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. When I needed assistance, their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. It felt like they didn't care about my situation at all.
I reached out multiple times, but I was met with long wait times and vague answers. In the end, they really screwed me over when I needed them most. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable insurance. Save yourself the trouble and look for a company that values its customers

Excellent customer service! John, Dan and Mark have been very helpful. I always get my motorcycle insurance with this team and they have always been approachable, caring and have an excellent customer service!

Only regret is I never thought of moving my house, cars and trailer to Mark Sim's Team!

My house, cars and trailer were ensured with Bel air and we moved to All State. --Both have very POOR customer service.

And now, we will be moving all to Mark Sim's TEAM.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I just got off the phone with John who yelled as me because he was frustrated and not able to answer simple questions about why my premiums went up this year by about 75%.
