This review is long overdue, however I cant underestimate how tremendously helpful they have been. Maria Rickard and Associates, as well as all their staff are incredibly kind and patient while handling my case. I have extreme anxiety regarding this part of my life, but Maria Rickards and Associates were always extremely accommodating. Now years later while purchasing a house, my bankrupcy became a roadblock and Maria still helped me clear up the issue. This was years after my case was handled and I was still treated as if I had been there last week, emails all responded quickly. I never imagined this process would be as easy as Maria and her assosiates made it, and to still recieve help this long after is just amazing. Don't put off visiting them, it really did help me start to get my life back on track. 10/10

Absolutely wonderful experience. No one wants to do bankruptcy or proposals but Terre and Jeanine made the whole process simple and stress free. The knowledge these ladies have is AMAZING and they know their stuff and I could not have been in better hands. Even after completing a deal you can always depend on these ladies of any questions or concerns and they will always help no matter what!

Once you file its YOUR responsibility to follow through your deal, not the business so to the people leaving nasty comments you probably did not do YOUR part on your end as for years i've been paying and never once had any issues.

Maria was super helpful and very patient and explained things to me . Claiming bankruptcy, your self worth is pretty low at the time and a feeling of I can’t go any lower , Maria was compassionate and let me deal with her directly , to save going threw the office Maria also sorted out the confusion with amount owing .She responded immediately to all my emails . She helped me with many questions I had after the bankruptcy also , like about my taxes and such .
I’m overlooking the actions of the office ladies because Maria is a knowledgeable, kind lady and business owner . I’m grateful to her for the help , and her encouragement .

You did not help nor provide me with options!!! You provided INCORRECT Information and filed my bankruptcy 7 days early ASSURING ME that it was good to go!! This was FALSE and I had to claim bankruptcy a second time!! YOU did not help or support me YOU brushed me off and had ZERO accountability!!!! YOU ARE 100% at fault and I would never recommend!!! EVER!!

Kind, personable staff. Genuinely helped me when I needed it and went above and beyond my expectations. I'm grateful for the advice and help I received. I wouldn't wish bankruptcy on anyone, but would recommend Maria to anyone facing that difficulty.

Very brisk receptionist who is rude much of the time. You are not well advised with these women. They try to push you the way they want you to go instead of advising you properly so you can make your own, well-educated decision. Questionable ethics. Minimal effort. Tiny, shabby-looking office space. My recommendation is to go elsewhere!
