To begin with, the Mainstreet Website is simple and easy to navigate. Online banking is fast and accurate and I cannot recall ever having a problem. If I did have an issue it was because I had misunderstood something and the branch staff were always willing, keen, eager and professional in resolving it. Whenever I attend the branch in person I experience an atmosphere of calm efficiency. The tellers and managers I have interfaced with there have been extremely pleasant in offering assistance. All in all an excellent and warming experience, especially when compared to the coldness and indifference displayed by some of the chartered banks.

The manager Jill at this location was exceptionally polite ,knowledgeable and helpful in a difficulty that I encountered. I have been involved in the credit union movement for over 60 years. This branch is not my “home” but the service here far outpaced my home branch experience.

A few days ago, I was informed that the account information the CRA was using was inaccurate. I tried to resolving it online, unsuccessfully. I called Mainstreet Mt. Brydges and Katie walked me through the entire process, diagnosed the problem and resolved it successfully. Kudos to Katie and her perseverance!
