Our home dealership was in Calgary and going anywhere else was a very daunting possibility for me when we moved out to the country, but I’m happy to say, I couldn’t be happier with the service department at mainline Chrysler.

I highly recommend the team Derek runs with 5 stars! I have the highest performance Dodge vehicle made aside from the 170 Demon. To say that I am particular about my vehicle is putting it lightly ,
So taking it anywhere, but my local dealership in Calgary that I had been with since the purchase new of the vehicle was a very difficult pill to swallow. I am pleased to say that I hold Derek the manager and Brandon the journeyman that worked on my challenger hellcat, the parts department, Mickey, who, at last minute brought in a Bible part for the work we need done, and the young man Landon, who washed it at the end, in the highest regard.

I don’t say this lightly, but this is the best in any dealership service department I have ever experienced. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had, and I will be taking my Jeep and Challenger there to the service department for all necessary needs, and purposes for life.

Disclosed interest in a new vehicle. The sales representatives was able to outline the features and gave me a sticker price and the deals the dealership was providing. He later indicated he would look into what he would be able to do to adjust the price before the dealership promotion prices. I was able to provide details of our vehicle for trade in and gave me options for trading in or let me sell the vehicle in private. When the vehicle was picked up they went through extended warranty options and were not pushy on the extra options. They indicated all the features on the vehicle and made sure we were comfortable before leaving.

We recently decided to upgrade our Durango. My husband found a new one he was interested in that was located in Rosetown, which is about two hours from us, and he was on shift. We worked with Tracy and she made the deal quick, easy and seamless on a time crunch while heading into the long weekend. Deal was finished Thursday and they delivered it right to our door (an hour earlier than anticipated!!) & picked up our trade on Friday. We are very happy with their service and would definitely recommend!

This is my second vehicle bought through mainline, I always appreciate the no nonsense approach to buying a vehicle, you don’t get the run around feeling like you are being strung along as you would from other dealers/salespeople.
