Amanda Ardizzi is god sent who works with Mackenzie investment. She was so patient on the phone and guided me to all the questions I had regarding my RESP account. She must be given the role as an educator who should train others to know and learn about customer service skills. Thanks you Amanda.

If you decide to get a tax free savings account and want to take money out after. Well don't do it with MacKenzie because there are loops and loops and fees twice a month. And you will struggle to get your money. I have requested by mail through my bank 3 times now and faxed them once. We're going on 2 months soon and still no money for me. My own money that is. Think twice before doing business with MacKenzie. I read the reviews after and now I'm going through what others went through and it's not fun. On the positive side the people that answer the phones are very nice but they don't know how to help you. They keep saying they didn't receive the request. Very odd since it arrived same time as my rrsp move request.

I echoed the previous two reviewers. Very disappointed with how Mackenzie is handling the data breach. They offered a two year subscription to the credit monitoring agency, TransUnion. I have been on hold for over an hour even with the dedicated line setup by Mackenzie. I have tried numerous times and don’t intend to spend my days trying to get through.

Went to their office and spoke to one of their staff. He tried to distance the firm from the breach saying that it came from their vendor. Mackenzie has a responsibility to their clients when they hand over sensitive information to their vendors to ensure that cybersecurity measures conform with the most stringent industry’s standards. What does that say about an asset management company handling your funds if trust is lost and they fall short in their handling of this data breach.

Very bad company, avoid. Trying to close your account and simply get your own money back? Good luck, nothing but a run around from them. Being told some mystery advisor for my account has to do it for me. Really? Someone I have never spoken to or ever dealt with, has to approve me getting my own money? Over a month now of different information every-time I call. I will NEVER use them again. Still no money back yet and I'm on the phone again with them for the 5th or 6th time now.

Terrible organisation with very poor security protocols allowing my information to be compromised. Then making us wait hours and hours on the line to get the transunion to activate our account choosing possibly one of the worst organizations in the world (Transunion) to handle the identify theft who are incapable of answer their phones. Thank you Mackenzie for being so cavalier with my information and then subjecting me to transunions call center who don't care. You should have transunion call everyone that has been compromised instead of putting the ownerous on your clients, shame of you. I am disgusted we have been subjected to your incompetence. I hope you are heavily fined and heads are rolling for what you have unleashed on Canada. Disgusted.

Got a letter yesterday informing that my personal data including my Mackenzie Account number, my name, Address & Social Insurance number has been compromised by a Cyber Security breach. I have been trying to contact them all day yesterday & again this AM without results. Very unimpressed by the poor handling of this crisis. I would not recommend Mackenzie Investments.

This company has caused me hours of grief thanks to their data breach. Their CEO, Luke Gould, is not capable of issuing a proper letter of apology. I will never deal with Mackenzie again

Poor returns vs self directed investing. And they have poor cyber security, leaking your SIN, address, name. So could be months, or years later when someone starts committing fraud with this info. Avoid
