Derek, Trevor, Kelly, Joseph and all the staff we deal with on a regular basis are extremely helpful. They understand our needs and can have them met or exceeded in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Mac Insurance for personal and business Insurance and Registration.

Awful service! Make sure you go into cancel policies. They will take your money and then say it’s your fault for not checking to make sure they did their job. Had over $800 stolen by these crooks. Do not trust any associate there. Go to Farmers for much cheaper rates and better service

Best place in North Edmonton to do a road test. The examiner (don’t know his name but he owns a BMW) is very personable and laid back. The office employees are great too. We had a very positive experience at this location and I would recommend it over any other registry in the north.

Great customer service at Mac! I have switched both my home and auto insurance to Mac; the process was simple and fast and they offered great competitive pricing compared to other insurance companies I had contacted. As for their registries, they have the absolute best customer service. I specifically only go to a Mac registry as I know I'll be greeted by someone friendly and helpful, unlike other registries where the staff are very unpleasant. Recently I purchased a commercial space and a condition of financing was that I obtain insurance on the property. I phoned Trevor Taylor from Mac Insurance and he immediately stated he was on it. Trevor was personal, knowledgeable and easy to reach. I was able to obtain insurance with ease despite closing right before Christmas and giving Trevor the wrong unit number. Trevor corrected my error and made sure my insurance needs were met. All and all a wonderful experience with Trevor Taylor at Mac Insurance!
