We used James to do the legal work for the sale and purchase of our new home.
Everything was smooth throughout the process we were told in September that our account was closed and in good standing. About 2 months later we received an email that we owed a fee that they admitted was a clerical error that they forgot to charge us.
When I said we would not be paying it due to their clerical error, months after the sale/purchase of our new home and them closing our account they immediately said they would send us to collection saying “most people would gladly pay for services rendered”
However, most people would assume once their final statement is given and their account is closed that all payments have been made.
They also would not have given me a receipt without my asking for it (for my records)

All in all we had a decent experience but I don’t think we would go back because of their poor customer service and lack of professionalism in this manner.
