Patrick Collings is very polite and pleasant when signing up. But when you have concerns or complaints he is not helpful. He’ll even threaten to end the call when you use the F word as an adjective to describe the predicament he’s left you in! He treated me like this despite having a relationship with his brokerage for almost 10 years! It’s absolutely appalling

These people don’t have your back and it’s best to leave the snowflake, Patrick alone. His employees/brokers have more guts and are more understanding than he is! Honestly, it was the most shocking slap in the face ever

I’ve been with Lamonte & Collings for over 10 yrs. I’ve looked elsewhere for a better deal, but have never found one. They are by far the most cost effective.

My family and I have been with this company for years!! It's amazing, Jennifer Giles is amazing! Always on top of everything. 100% worry free insurance experience. They answer calls and emails promptly, provide insurance at a reasonable rate and again promptly! When renewal comes up, everything is taken care of including the search for better rates!
