They used to be really good and on point and now they don’t return calls and I spent 3 months trying to get an answer about my policy only to have Helen put the blame on me saying she called me back several times and I never answered. I had to go to another adjuster entirely to get my questions answered because she had excuses every time I called why she couldn’t answer my question. The computer is broken, the system was down another time, she had customers another time when her secretary said there was no customers waiting. If you’re gonna tell your customers that it was their fault with zero record of them ever calling I’d say it’s time to switch adjusters and that’s exactly what I did.

Poor customer service. Might as well be considered scam artist as well. Make sure u cancel 2 months in advance so you don't get charged.
