Started the process of signing up for insurance with this company and suddenly got ghosted, even after trying to follow up. Wasted a bunch of time filling out forms. Least they could do is tell me they don't want me as a customer instead of acting unprofessionally.

On the bright side, I dodged a bullet. It would have been a really bad day if they ghosted me in the event of a claim.

I have been with this company for many years and have never had an issue with making a claim. Prompt and curtious service when the trailer suffered severe hail damage, when a pipe coming out the house had a sag in the line, when I backed into a car in a parking lot and the person tried to get more funds than was required to fix their vehicle.
