I've been going to this clinic for massage therapy. Kirsten does a good job and can recommend exercises to help with muscle imbalance issues. Jade is my go-to for deep tissue massage, which works a lot better for my particular issues. She was gone for a few months but I am happy to have her back at the clinic. It would be nice if there were bookings available on the weekend!

I have been a massage client of Jade for a few years now. I have followed her to your clinic. She is the absolute best at her craft - deep massage. I have recommended her to many including my brother in law who after a few treatments with Jade has been able to get off prescribed pain meds he had been on for a couple of years. Thanks Jade.

Its ok... Only 2 massage therapists there and they don't have very good hours. One doesn't work on Fridays and the other goes home at lunch time. Hard to book a massage on a Friday afternoon. One massage therapist is better, one sits down most of the time and doesn't use much pressure and goes through an insane amount of oil. The other doesn't use much oil but gives a deeper better massage. Id go here in a again but only to one of them. but not my regular place. On the other hand the physio therapist is quite well at her job and has helped me in the past. Can't speak on any other service then the massage and the physio.

Oh my gosh best massage ever, if you’ve tried them all and not got the results you were looking for, give it one more try I promise you won’t be disappointed, I was sore for a couple days after but then I felt better then I have in years, I definitely recommend.

My experience at Lifemark Physiotherapy Colchester has been excellent. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Joe, my physiotherapist, is super nice, thorough, and knowledgeable! The exercise program he has set up for me has been perfect for reducing my pain. I believe I will make a full recovery. Thank you!

Amazing staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. They have an amazing massage therapist. She helped me a lot. I couldn't bring my arm to the back now I can. Tks to her and staff members. Love this place

My back feels better already!! Lovely and kind staff who have lots of knowledge and skills. They listen to any issues you present them and help solve them with individualized plans of care tailored to your needs! Would definitely recommend to anyone who's bent out of shape!
