Rebecca Smith was extremely prompt, did everything she said she was going to do, and wrapped up the whole process in just over 2 weeks. A major change compared to BIG BANKS. Overall, the entire experience was excellent for my wife and I, so much so, we are moving all our banking over to St. Thomas Libro. Well done !

She goes above and beyond to make sure she does everything possible for a smooth transition for home ownership.
