Kelsie has been awesome to work with these past few years. She helped me pick insurance products that suited my needs and was very honest about features I didn't need so that I didn't waste money on them. She has helped me create a budget so that I can pay down my student loans quickly. I completely trust her advice and since working with her I have learned so much! Kelsie did a fantastic job of guiding me through applying for disability insurance. Although Kelsie Lenton has been our insurance agent since she opened her business we have never actually met her. We were originally customers of the owner of the agent she bought her business from.
She has touched base with us via email or phone occasionally but since our policies are simply ones and we have had no claims or anything on them there really was no reason to communicate.
This spring some changes in our lives occurred and to my eternal gratitude when I called her in a panic because I had to deal with some issues that I was very nervous about she treated me like I was a well known and truly valued customer. She even emailed me from her holiday in Mexico and said she would be back in her office on Monday and she would help me get things straightened out.
Since then she has been with me all the way through the mountain of paperwork I have needed to complete. Always there to answer my questions and make suggestions about things I might to think about.
She is truly my advisor and I feel I can trust her implicitly. She is also by far one of the most pleasant, cheerful and kind people I have dealt with. I also believe she is whip-smart and knows her business backwards and forwards.
I would advise anyone who needs an insurance agent to contact her.
