This company is a joke. They called and told me I was approved and setup an appointment for me to come in and finalize everything. When they learned that I didn't live at the address in my credit report because the home was sold they quickly backtracked and denied the approval. Cheyenne has no business in the loan servicing industry when she has zero financial knowledge on mortgages or credit reporting and absolutely no customer service skills. Save yourself the time and headache and go elsewhere.

All these reviews that are rated lower than a five are crazy! I am guessing maybe people were just not getting approved.

Today Shanna Raymond help me out so much and also made everything so convenient and easy. She has such a sweet soul and is literally willing to give her best! Such AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been going back and forth with Cheyenne for the last four weeks providing her unnecessary paperwork from my respective employers. Cheyenne is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She kept speaking over me and would not provide the reason why my loan was declined. I have more than enough income to accommodate the loan. I have a considerable amount of student loans but was still able to purchase a house last year with providing a letter from my lender proving the amount listed on my credit report is incorrect. There’s not even an amount listed on my report as they’re in deferment so this is a lie! I wholeheartedly believe Cheyenne gets a sick sense of pleasure from this power trip. She refused to let me explain my DTI and stated she cannot change the amounts which she can. I’ve previously provided them a letter from my student loan lender when I had a loan with them six years ago. I do not recommend this location. It appears only Cheyenne is every the only one working. I really hope all the calls are recorded so they can reviewed and see how she treated me. Conveniently her manager is on vacation at the moment so I can’t speak with her to discuss my concerns about how this was handled. Avoid the reviews are all correct about the lack of professionalism, rude, miscommunication, lack of communication.

I would give no stars!! The branch manager Shannon is the most unprofessional woman I have ever dealt with, she is the most disrespectful woman to talk to, she constantly inturups you when your trying to discuss an issue, she talks to you like your stupid which i cant stand knowing my intelligence is beyond hers, and when i finally asked her to stop inturupting me she gets an attitude and starts acting childish with me. I do NOT have to do MY business here and will do my business else where just because of her. It's amazing that just one person can effect a company, will never do business at this location, or business ever again! AVOID Shannon at all cost !!!! She will try to set you up for failure if she can. Just a warning to all other potential clients, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE,RUNNNN!

Wow I wish I would've read all these bad reviews b4 I decided to do business with these people. They ignore my calls, emails about insurance that I pay for monthly on top of my car note. My car's been sitting at the body shop for over 2 months because Lendmark doesn't have any customer service, and 0 communication skills. The body shop has been waiting on portions of their money. I have been carless for a while now. Also Refinanced me without even explaining to me anything. Stay away from these people.

I have used this company several times. My previous experiences were great. The interest rates were a bit high, but I needed money and had really horrible credit. However this last time was not the same experience. Shortly after getting the loan I decided it was in my best interest to refinance my house and pay off all of my debt including the loan. I informed them of what was going on and it took them 2 weeks to get the required information. All I needed was the payoff information. I could not access that online, Nor could I access any of my statement. The company also would not accept a phone call from my bank on my behalf. I went in to get the pay off printed and didn't have all the info that was needed by my bank, so I had to go in again. Finally, it was all submitted and excepted. Then my closing got pushed back due to covid, by a month but didn't know that at the time. I let them know what was going on and I would make my payment when I could. It would be late. I think i had only been late once (more than ten days) and they worked with me in the past. This time, the Lendmark staff was super passive aggressive about the situation. They knew the pay off was coming but were saying stuff like 'you need to do the right thing' and 'you could avoid all this interest if you would just pay it off.' They made it seem like i skipped a month or more in payments, which i didn't. They were adding so much extra stress in a already stressful situation. I am glad to be done with tthe whole thing and super glad they are not getting extra money from me.

We will not work with Lendmark ever again. The staff is unprofessional and unable to complete very simple requests. They do not communicate with each other at the expense of the customer. Ron was incredibly unhelpful and took almost 2 weeks to complete a simple task.

Payments in the app are delayed- causing unnecessary phone calls and stress. We really wanted to support this small business, but are incredibly disappointed. Take your business elsewhere

Every single week like clockwork they call me asking for a Helen but there is no Helen in sight. I don't even know a Helen! I have had my number for over a decade now, years before they started calling over a year ago. Every time for the last month I've picked up and told them this but they CONTINUE TO CALL, OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Blocking the number hasn't stopped it, it goes through my spam filter, and there seems to be no end in sight. I don't know who Helen is but there is no Helen here. She must have given the wrong number and good lord am I tired of it waking me up in the morning.

If you are reading this Lendmark, PLEASE HAVE YOUR CALL CENTER PEOPLE UPDATE THE PHONE NUMBER IF WE TELL THEM IT'S WRONG.
