Marco and zoe are honestly the best property managers I've ever had. They are verry understanding and fair. Since these property managers have been involved in our building, things have been noticeably better all around. My fridge stopped working on a Friday night and they got me a brand new fridge the next day. Any maintenance request is completed within a timely manner. Just overall amazing

Our experience with Marco and his team was amazing! They are very easy to talk to and are very customer service oriented. We moved to Thunder Bay from Newfoundland on very short notice. The team was efficient in finding us a property. We were not able to view the property in person so Marco gave us multiple photos/videos/ virtual tours. When we did move in , he gave us a tour of the property, had all the keys ready for us and gave us a welcome package of local foods / products! He was very helpful and accommodating even when we called him after hours.
The only disappointment I have is not being able to rate Legacy Property 6 stars.
