It’s been a while since my last encounter. I honestly have noticed a change in personnel on this most recent visit.
I was tossing ideas around but no hard plans to purchase a vehicle as my existing vehicle is still a good solid unit.
The casual conversation I had with Trevor opened up an opportunity for me. There were No pressure tactics just honest and candid communication.
I would say it is a refreshing atmosphere. Welcoming and friendly people.
Trevor and David were awesome to deal with and were very knowledgeable about the product. Jeff finished up the deal from the finance office.
The takeaway from my point of view is “Honesty & Care goes a long way”.

I was stranded on the Hwy about 2 kms from Claresholm. Got a ride into town and attended at Legacy Dodge for emergency assistance and service. Called AMA to tow my truck to the Shop . Top notch service from the Service Manager and assistant who actually drove me back to my vehicle to assist the tow truck driver. My truck was fixed the next morning as a part had to be ordered in and work completed without delay. A “Big” shoutout to the staff and Service Department at Legacy Dodge Claresholm👍👍
