Tom and I have a different view of clarity with regard to fee levels as advertised or conveyed by phone on two separate occasions and what was charged at completion of work. Further though I did pay both fees without argument..it was because I was glad to have the submissions over and done with. . Tom and Rita were personable in their dealings. The fee in 2015 was $62.15 and $118.65 in 2023. The service can be trusted to do a professional job..notwithstanding.

Tom and I have a different view of what I was told in a phone call to him to ask for his charge. Further though I did pay his fee which was given to me at the end...without argument..it wasn't because I had understood the fee level in advance but because I was glad to have the submission over and done with. I do not recall any clear explanation of the fees he claimed to have clarified for me in advance.

I've been getting my taxes (Personal and business) done by Tom for the last two years and I honestly couldn't be happier. He is patient, professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. Finding a trustworthy accountants is really hard and trust me... prior to LDA has not been a good experience. LDA gives you that piece of mind. I highly recommend you give them a call. If I could give 6 stars I trully would.

Tom is amazing at what he does!
