My aunt lives in the building that they run downtown and it is the worst. Kept building problems persist for years and nothing is dealt with but there's money being spent on inconspicuous things. If the rent wasn't so cheap my aunt would leave.

Avoid doing busy with Larco Investments.

They think nothing of harassing clients and dishonouring contracts.

Rates will increase with insufficient notice.

What they do is both illegal and unreasonable. It will be a misery the entire time you are involved with them.

Do not do business with Larco nor with the Lalji family. They have been dishonest in business and they do not hold their end of the contract. I guess this is how they became billionaires, by ripping people off and then send their in-house lawyer deals with the aftermath and leave you with the bills to pay. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES

DO NOT WORK for Larco. NUMEROUS contractors are waiting months to get paid if at all. Simply pass them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
