After having a terrible experience with my previous broker and them being unsure if my new car was even insured. I moved everything to Lakestone. Crystal was great and explained everything got all the paperwork to me quickly and had everything signed and sealed within a couple of days. Highly recommended! Truly wonderful staff and more specifically I appreciate their excellent communication style! Its a busy world but over the years I can count on an email a couple months in advance followed by a phone call to discuss my specific renewal options. During the renewal discuss we talk about different options, real life examples, and the pro's and con's of everything. I really feel my best interest is at heart with the Lakestone team!
