Used to be a great bank, but after what me and my husband went through if I could give a 0.05 star I would have. And now because they beat around the bush and pretend not too speak English, I'm done we ran out of time and there antics has costed us out home. I do not recommend.

Updated: Thank you - I was not aware of this and it is not clear from the small sign at the back ATM.

If you plan to use the ATM - good luck. They lock the doors at 8pm and over the weekend. Kind of defeats the purpose of an ATM…

I went to pull out money from this bank. Note it's not my bank. But I needed money to pay my mechanic. It gave me two receipts saying card usage unauthorized. Twice. So I went to the TD. Did the exact same thing. And it gave me my money. Stupid!!

Absolutely horrible customer service over the phone. They do not return calls. Me and my family will no longer be banking with them. The snotty attitude once they answer the phone is mind blowing. I highly recommend avoiding this bank

Terrible bank, simply will not offer credit regardless of credit score or payment history. Banked there 20 years, eventually had to move.
