Do not deal with them they are not a serious organization. They will make you wait 40 minutes or more just to speak with a representative. In my case, when I try to log into my digital access (their new login method), it doesn’t work, and it tells me to try again, even though I followed all the instructions. Embark is not a good organization, and they will waste your money and your time, which is not what you want for your children. All your children will get are headaches when they turn 18 and it’s time for them to claim the money you, as parents, have set aside for them.
