Terrible bank. Really useless. Can’t cash my check. Can’t deposit online. Can’t deposit in bank between 1-2pm. The idiot manager can’t stager call times so they don’t have to close for lunch. I can’t atm withdraw more than $500 a day after hours because a stupid limit they put on it. Really useless I hope this place burns to the ground with the owner inside.

I do not recommend opening any accounts at LA Financial CU, they are not transparent with you. It is important to me to have transparency between people at a financial institution who have access to my personal information and my hard-earned money.

I attempted to open up a checking and saving account but was asked for additional verification, when I inquired about why that was needed she did not provide me a straightforward answer to make me feel comfortable to want to bank with them. She handed me a piece of paper explaining what they needed, I tore it up in her face, gave her a piece of my thoughts and laughed, and walked out.

When a bank cannot divulge something that has to do with my personal information that right there is a problem. It made no sense.

I told her I could help you clarify or understand whatever it is that is going on not that there was much or anything significant. We don't know each other and we never will know each other outside of this bank. And that is a fact.

Banks need to let you know what is going on 100% of the time and if they can't it's time to move on.

Banks these days are not as trusting as they should be when it comes to your personal information or money. I think they want to know more about you than you know about them.

This branch and overall company is a nightmare. I’ve been with this bank for almost a decade and I’m finally ready to cancel my account. The only decent staff who worked here have long left the company and it’s time I leave as well. They are very transactional and do not treat customers with dignity and do nothing to assure memorable and kind experiences. Throughout the years I’ve had to speak on the phone with agents like Adriana Sara and her demeanor is very tumultuous, manipulative, and villain like. The employees are lackluster and seem like their work is torturous.

There are many other branches with more equitable incentives. I don’t recommend at all.

never had a problem with them, even when i got my debit card stolen, they called me and made sure what transactions were unauthorized, then in no time they gave me a brand new card fresh and with my balance back. very helpful and very very friendly.

Honestly I was hoping as a non-profit a credit union would be a really good choice to bank at. unfortunately they have the same exact policies as the banks. They hold your money for a ridiculous amount of time, they don't credit you in a timely manner and their overdraft policies are worst than at the bank that I was banking at JPMorgan Chase. Right now the only reason I'm staying is because my social security check goes there although I am thinking about switching back to JPMorgan Chase.
