This company does nothing but take your money. I have been helping my mother in law for months try to get her injury payout that she’s been paying 5 years into, and the company isn’t responding to emails or anything, zero correspondence . My mother in law hasn’t worked since July of 2022 and we’re now into March of 2023 with still NOTHING. If you ask me, this company is just stealing your money. I came here to leave a horrible review only to find that they have countless 1star reviews expressing the same frustration. Stay very far away from this company. Worst insurance company ever.

I would never have this company as my insurance company again and I HIGHLY recommend everyone to stay clear of this company. They don't care about their clients; they want their premiums paid but they don't want to pay out when needed too. They take their sweet time and the customer service is unprofessional. They delay the process continuously, and their clients suffer financially and emotionally. There is better and cheaper out there!

I sprained my ankle and had my policy for a very short time. I received full disability income for the first month and then partial disability the second month. I received my replacement income money within the first week. Respect this company and their integrity so much I now work with them.

Please please be aware of this company. They are a bunch of thieves. Worst insurance come ever. Somebody introduced me to this company. When I met in an accident they refuse to pay me and keep going into my bank account every week for money I actually had to close my account and open a new one just bcuz of this wicked insurance company called last capitale.. Who does this? No other insurance company goes I to people's account like this company does. Also

This ass hole spenser keeps calling all the time and I said I was busy my buddy is over and we are discussing a large job this idiot shows up at my house then says he just happened to be in the neighborhood and then tried his pathetic sales pitch on my buddy. All they are is theives. Even asked my buddy for a smoke. Said he didn't have a chance to buy some. What a joke these people.

If I could leave negative Stars I would this company is absolutely a joke they are impossible to deal with they make you jump through hoops just to deny you please do your research and stay away from La Capitol insurance you can probably do much better elsewhere disgruntled in Ontario
