Immediately from the beginning, we knew that we had made the right choice not to question our choice of broker. What is probably most incredible, is she deal with us virtually while we were living elsewhere in the province and purchasing elsewhere in the province (not in Edmonton or Sherwood Park at all!)

Throughout the entire process, we really felt that Kristy was working on behalf of us and she did whatever was needed to expedite both our refinance and new mortgage process. She worked evenings, weekends, and helped us anytime we needed. I typically like to do my own research to ensure that I am informed about options so as to not be lead astray by the biases of others, but not once did Kristy bias us or did we have any reason to double check her information. She thoroughly researched all of our options for us and laid out the benefits and considerations of every option to allow us to make our own decisions. She was there for guidance if we asked for it or to help us summarize our interpretation of an option. Through it all, we genuinely felt like she had our best interests in mind.

Not once did we have to ask her for an update or keep on top of the steps to ensure that the steps were happening - she did all of that for us. Kristy was extremely professional, kept our information confidential, and was very informative with letting us know what we could and shouldn’t say to the realtors, Etc. Kristy was so great to educate herself about our situation, sought out creative ways to meet our deadlines, and kept us involved in the entire process.

I cannot say enough good about Flare, and Kristy specifically. I would never hesitate to consult with the team again and to refer anyone in a position to require the services of a mortgage broker.
