Kimroy Cooperative Homes has the wrong person managing their cooperation person name Angella Pringles. She likes to involve herself in tenants personal affairs and like to enter tenants apartments without proper notice base on the landlord and tenant Act. She frequently has issues with tenants and abuses power. She is not fit to manage anything because she is friends with past director of the board she thinks she has the power to intervene in family matters she unfit to manage, very rude, uses unfair practices and should be remove from the board completely. She has no place at Kimroy Grove Cooperation.

Building itself is good and clean. Management is just ok not great. Tenants are subjective. Some rude and some loud.

lovely apt/ment and would like to live in one of the units to be closer to my sister's well maintained close to everything there is nothing bad i can say about this building i have been in there and love everything about this place if i get in there i will be willing to help to clean the surroundings thank you very much
