I would recommend Kim to everyone I know! She took the time to explain every aspect of our mortgage and shopped the best rate for us. I don’t know why anyone uses a bank for their mortgage. It’s not personal, the rates are higher, and it’s not community driven. We bought a new house to upgrade from our old one. Our previous mortgage broker had closed since the last time we needed to renew a mortgage, and we found Flare. We were matched to Kim, and she was delightful to work with. She was responsive to all of our questions, and set us up with everything we needed to move homes on the financial end. She even answered her phone during the evening!
