The appraisal results were surprising and came back low, considering it was a multiple-offer property. Paid extra to have a rushed order put in for an appraisal. The appraiser took about a week to finish the appraisal and went past their promised date. It wasn't very reassuring that the appraiser was slow to respond and not very cooperative during the process.

EDIT:
The home inspection was done on June 13th. The appraiser gave us a promise date of June 15th and your website quotes 3 days. The report was completed at the end of the day on June 16th; past the promise date and the quoted duration. Considering this was a rush order, I'm disappointed you couldn't meet your normal expected delivery. We went with another appraiser and had the report and inspection completed on the same day.

**Could improve their communication and fee request process. they had agreed upon a price for an appraisal and then held the report hostage until an additional fee was paid - they also never notified me of the increase and delayed the lending process by with holding the report from the lender... Not really impressed with these guys.
