I initially was very happy with the company, they always answered when I called. Super polite, fast service, I sell vehicles frequently so having an insurance broker that answers the phone is a MUST. The past few times I’ve called I’ve waited 10-15 minutes, pressing 1 over and over and over until the call times out and hangs up on me. It usually takes consistent attempts over numerous days to speak with anyone.
Not a bad company and good people but I can’t say I’d recommend to anyone who needs a punctual broker.

Great company and i would highly recommend them! My last insurance company provided no help when i needed it and i called Keyes insurance for commercial insurance for my trucks and within 20 minutes i had a quote and it was signed and approved and i had insurance, other company's took days to get back to me and some didn't even get back to me.

I'm so glad my friend referred me to Keyes Insurance. Ms. Teresa is such a pleasant, informative, great person to deal with. With my car and rental insurance, change of address was so easy and very quick. With great rates and quick service I would highly recommend anyone to give Keyes a call. Been using them since 2019 for multiple types of insurance. Friendly in person and on the phone as well as responsive. They check to make sure you have coverage for what you need and pricing is competitive, usually lower than others. When prices increase they are totally okay to check with the underwriters and get back to you in short time. Thank you for your services.

My husband and I were told by a family member about Keyes Insurance and how they saved them so much with same coverage. We went online and did a quote , it was amazing the savings we received and for the same insurance coverage .
