Today I was going through old emails and found this company correspondence from 2010. It was such a horrible experience that still lingers today and I felt compelled to make a review.

We had the unfortunate experience of being sent to this company over a minor couple thousand in arrears years ago on a disputed vendor bill. Ironically, we used them to do our own collecting previous to that. I would never have used them if I knew what they were doing to collect.

They were over the top aggressive, lied about giving us time to settle with the vendor and sent the sheriff to our business to shut us down from doing daily business and take money out of the till - all within two weeks of the collection process.

Vince especially was a total jerk and bully. Beware of this company on either side you find yourself of doing business with them.

Most disrespectful and arrogant people I’ve ever experienced.

These people verbally threaten you over the phone and are very aggressive, and talk to you like they are better than you.

Staff tried to understand my situation but could be rude at times. Making you feel like you were not trying. Being sickly i still paid off my account but hope to never deal with them again

This company has been perfect for us in helping collect some bad debts from clients....I look at it like this...I can get $0 from the client or have Keltic Collection get the majority of my money.
