They are not reliable, I won’t advise to rent, I received the worst customer service ever from vanda today. I Was scheduled for house viewing and I was reminded this morning about the appointment and I agreed to come driving all the way from far distance, I got there and informed her I was there and she said just a minute she was coming down and not upto 2 mins she text me again that the apartment has been rented. I was angry and I asked her why she didn’t inform me before coming, wasting my time and told me she was coming down when I got there. She got mad and yelled at me on the phone and hanged up and said she is glad she didnt rent it to us. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, no respect or regards for potential tenants and this has given a bad reputation about the rentals. We didn’t get to see her and she never came down to give a proper apology for keeping us waiting mins outside very rude behaviour. Don’t rent is my advice.
