Customer service is the best and the most important is that they are very knowledgeable in defending your best interests. They care about helping you and they do it very efficiently.
I have been with them for 8 years and I suffer every time I have to go to some other place to put a day permit on one of my bikes when they are closed.

Rick was a nice guy who was kind enough to check their license plate inventory everytime I called to inquire throughout the years, many times they will have a plate of my choice. Needed a new plate today so of course I called them first to see if they may have the one I'm looking for. Rick picked up the phone, I greeted him and told him I'm looking for a plate with specific letters, instead of checking for me like he would usually do...to my absolute surprise he said in an annoyed and time waster tone: "we only have what's available on the shelf, you can keep calling, thank you". He then immediately hung up before I even get a chance to say anything else. If you are reading this Rick, you just lost yourself a customer. Today's experience and your attitude was totally disappointing.
