You are one of the few service providers that actually gives great service. As the insurance industry has morphed to the self-serve/leave-a-message-and-we-will-get-back-to-you-when-convenient-for-us model Jones Insurance, by remaining true to what an Independent Broker is actually supposed to do, has become unique and a standout company.
