This place is great. I switched insurance companies a few years ago to Desjardins from The Personal on account of my wife's recommendation. I am so glad I did. Not only are their rates are lower but their customer service is something I have never dealt with before (It is the best). When you call they pick up. They have answers for every one of my questions. We deal with Diana, I truly believe she is the most kindest person on earth. Her calm and knowledgable demeanour always makes phone conversations easy and stress free. I would strongly recommend people switch companies and give this group a try. I wish I could give more stars.
