This company is a scam. They quoted me $700/month for a policy due to a ticket I received. I agreed because at the time it was the most affordable option I could find. I had to pay both the first and last month upfront — $1,400. After paying that amount, they called me saying the policy had to change and I now had to pay $890/month. I canceled the policy because they failed to honor what they originally promised.

Now that I’m trying to get a new insurance policy, I’m being charged even more because this company is accusing me of non-payment, even though I always paid exactly what they asked.
If you can, avoid this company.

do NOT get car insurance from this company. not only are they scammers and will find you at fault so they do not have to pay but the employees are mentally slow, judgmental and extremely disrespectful. management is NO better. don’t make the same mistake i did.

Jevco was the only company that believed in me. I had a complex case and their quotation was respectable. All the others were charging $200-$250 more. Thank you for the ongoing support. Will highly recommend. 🤝

They issued me an insurance cheques for my car and after I deposited to my bank it didn’t go through and has been more then 7 months.
They have no clear answers for the issue.

AVOID This company at all cost! They are scammers, experts in keeping all of your money and even more. Their paperwork states they retain a portion of what you’ve already paid if you cancel early (which I understand and don’t have any issues with). And that’s how it worked with a previous cancelled policy with another company. But this SCAMMERS not only took a full month I paid, they also charged me extra $310. My policy was already stupid expensive, never used it once in the 2 years I was with them, and now 3 months after cancelling they steal this $310. O

DO NOT under any circumstances deal with this insurance company. They have continually messed up with my insurance. They have inputted the banking incorrect 3 times. But here’s the kicker. They won’t take responsibility for their mistakes. Currently in process of cancellation due to their mistake. Which will affect me for years. Will 100% be contacting a lawyer if they don’t resolve the problem they created.

My experience at the beginning was OK. But finish is disappointing and complete disaster. I had direct deposit set up. I had with them contract for 6 months. Paid for 2 months up front, then paid monthly. After 5 months, I had the possibility to go to different insurance for less money. Cancelled month before my insurance was done. So I already had paid for 5 months and was canceling month 6. My broker said that he calculated the penalty would be around 102 dollars, and Jevco having direct deposit would take dose money self. Even he said that because I am canceling ahead of time, there should be some return for not used days. I forgot about the whole thing as it is automatic, yes? It will be taken from my account done. Nope. It is not the case. Jevco now in March has a nerve to send me a letter that they are sending me to the collection agency. If I do not pay off course, almost double the amount, I am still owing them. Called Jevco they don't want to talk with me to explain, my broker also doesn't know or want to explain what is going on and why they didn't took money at first place, second why it is almost double amount. I am frustrated - I am furious as I can't call anybody to understand what is going on If you can avoid them, avoid going with Jevco.
I am really disappointed with insurance companies and how they deal with people.
