I had the unfortunate experience of working with Jaspreet Singh regarding my auto insurance. From the start, I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, as he never proactively reached out to me. Despite my efforts, the communication was poor, and I felt like I was the one doing all the work just to get a quote.

What was most frustrating was the lack of willingness to provide assistance once it became clear I had a less-than-perfect driving record. It seemed like Jaspreet and the agency were only interested in clients with pristine records and weren’t at all willing to help someone with any minor infractions or tickets. It was as if they were only looking for the “cream and sugar” clients and completely disregarded anyone with a more complicated history.

Overall, I found the experience to be unprofessional and unhelpful, and I wouldn’t recommend Jaspreet Singh for anyone looking for reliable support in securing auto insurance, especially if your record isn’t spotless.
