I had a meeting with James. Wow what a super nice guy. He really made me feel comfortable, very warm and inviting place. The cool thing there was no high pressure sales tactics when it came to the insurance. He was my first stop to get quotes on life insurance. And I can tell you the feeling I get from him is this is the guy I want dealing with what I need to protect my family. I didn't feel rushed, we went over quotes and options. Looking for the best one for me. Even the coffee he got me was great. I'm telling you guys. This is the guy to goto. Deservedly gets the 5 stars. Edit: So I have been back again and I have to say I'm very impressed with the consistent nature of these people. Alway professional and well informed. They give me competitors pricing and let me do my research with no pressure. This will always keep me coming back. Very well run operation, they should be proud of themselves and the way they run their business.
Edit:. Met with James again. Man oh man do I like this fellow. Super genuine, open and honest. I have now become a fan of Desjardins.
Edit #2, James followed up to see how I was doing. We chatted for a bit. This guy knows his stuff and is passionate about making sure People come first.

To make a long story short, it’s the best insurance company I have dealt with. Jane Wooler is simply great. The rate a got for my house, car and motorcycle is unbelievable. They work hard to get you the best quote and not try to rip you off. I highly recommend them, especially Jane.

The level of service and attention to our needs was second to none. This was really a great experience. James was patient, heard our needs completely and then suggested different insurance vehicles to meet our needs. We originally came for home and car insurance but quickly decided that we need to placed all our insurance with James. We left knowing we were covered for all potentialities and with savings better than what we were paying with our other insurance companies.
