We had been searching for a larger home for our big family in Devon for about 2 years. I had been reaching out to many different banks and mortgage brokers over that time period (because our pre-authorizations would expire) and it was a frustrating process because I was often left following up to see where our applications were at, I'd be asked for information I had already provided and they'd take weeks of time to get figured out. Jacqueline was such an amazing breath of fresh air. She always responded quickly to our questions, she gave us different options on how we could structure our mortgage because we likely would need a place that would need renovations to fit our family. On top of that, I had sole prop income and employement income. Historically, our pre-approvals could only ever use one of those income types lowering how much we'd be approved for which was stressful in a sellers market. The whole process was seamless, and took about a week less than we had anticipated when getting all the final paperwork done! We are so thankful to Jacqueline and Cara for the good care and positive experience they made in buying our dream home!
