I've been with this company for a decade easily. They use to have top notch service, my broker was an all-star that would defend you against these big corporations, answer your call everytime and go out of their way to make you feel taken care of. Well things have drastically changed in the last two years. They took my broker and sent him to commerical insurance without their consent leaving all their clients to be picked up by their new "team set up". Since that I havnt spoken to the same broker once in the last few years, I've reached out and recieved no response countless times. The service here is now almost non existent.
