GO TO LONDON DRUGS NEXT DOOR OR A DIFFERENT BROKER, STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY, they continue to make errors while maintaining unprofessional behaviour.
I came here last year to renew my insurance, and the person helping me incorrectly listed the drivers. I was an owner of a vehicle and was not listed as a driver after i stated that I drive the vehicle.
I came back to renew my insurance this year and when I entered the establishment both representatives were on their phones, and didn't even look up to address me or say hello to me when I walked in (great way to make customers feel unwelcome). In order to get their attention from their phone I began saying that I needed to renew my insurance, the lady appeared reluctant to help me (sighing and putting her phone down while the other guy continues to hangout on his phone), but proceeded anyways. At the end of the interaction, the lady was asking for two signatures when it was not needed, I am fully aware that when there's no changes made to the insurance upon renewal on a joint ownership vehicle, only one owner needs to sign, she could not provide reasoning WHY we needed a second signature, and definitely needs to be refreshed on her information and knowledge. She did not once utilize her resources like BEU (ICBC) and broker connect to confirm this information instead she was arguing with me (the customer) saying it was necessary for us (both owners) to sign. Not sure if this was a case of racism/discrimination/or just bad attitude, but i've done nothing to deserve these experiences and even tried to give my business to the establishment. I would strongly recommend going to a different broker or even the london drugs next door which is more than happy to take your business!!!

I have been sorely disappointed with every aspect of transferring and insuring a vehicle here. They incorrectly registered the vehicle as a lease to a lessor that does not even exist and when it was brought to their attention it has take 3 visits and several phone calls over TWELVE DAYS for them to fix it and it's still not done. I've been promised quick resolutions everytime I've asked how long and the clock is still ticking. This group does. It know anything beyond the basics for Autoplan and ICBC. Like others have said, if you value your time skip this place. I got complacent and came here because it was close but I've honestly spent 5+ hours trying to get them to fix this. Even other Autoplan brokers have been shocked when I tell them it's not been fixed.

I've gone to Ironwood the twice for my car insurance and both times it was professional and very competent service. Today I worked with Vivek and he too was very professional, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you for making the experience so seamless no that ICBC has changed some of the procedures.

This place is a joke, blaming their own stupidity on the customers. Seriously, are you paying people to leave good reviews for your place? Rajwinder has no clue about how to work with import cars, a complete lack of basic knowledge about ICBC policies, and is super snobby for no apparent reason. And from what the owner replied to other customers, I guess ignorance really does attract similar stupidity in the same room. For the record, if there are still some good people working there, my deepest condolense, I can't imagine what you're going through with this kind of horrible boss and toxic environment, with colleagues who probably can only keep their job thanks to their family's mercy of having someone who has a business by some miracle.
Literally laughed out loud seeing the owner claim they went "above and beyond" when they couldn't even get simple things done properly without any useful advice and still think they're the righteous ones, thinking they're saints for not charging for all that nonsense information and ridiculous experience. You guys really need to better train yourselves and your employees on how to serve customers in a normal, human way, and try not to think you're the smartest people in the world who are the only ones who know how things work. Instead of writing long replies to customers who are just speaking the truth and dreaming that this will make things right in your world, grow up.

One of the male person who supposes to help me on importing Japanese vehicles had no knowledge of how to register a imported vehicle. He kept telling me there was something I need to work on but in truth. It's just he doesn't understand how to do it, and he refused to spend time on helping me. He asked me to come the next day but eventually when I came, he asked me to go to other broker. Not a good experience

Disgusting service at this location! Avoid if possible! Completely agree with the other negative comments about this place. The employees that work here are super arrogant and stuck up and simply don’t want to assist you with your insurance needs. To name a few, Rajwinder and Vivek are the ones that really bring down this place! They clearly lack knowledge about ICBC’s policies and give so much attitude on top of it! Just avoid for your own sake

Shady. Went here to transfer ownership when I sold my car, and the person working (Rajwinder) noticed that the ICBC book value of the car was less than the amount it sold for. So she charged the person I sold my car to the PST on the lower ICBC book value, instead of the actual sales amount. When I went back 2 weeks later to transfer ownership when I bought a new car, she refused to do the same for me and insisted I pay the PST on the full sales amount rather than the ICBC book value which was again lower. I ended up paying more than an extra $2,000 in taxes because she felt to charge me the PST on the sales amount instead of the book value like she did previously. When I called her out on it, she claimed it wasn’t her (which was a lie because I remember who helped me when I was there 2 weeks prior), she then claimed she couldn’t remember. Now I’m not going to pull the racism card, but it is a fact that the person I sold my car to who received the cheaper PST tax break was the same ethnicity as the person working there. I have receipts to prove everything I’m saying as well. Do what you’d like with this information, like I said…SHADY.

AVOID AVOID, I visited for car transfers, other than Vivek, nobody has knowledge, nor how to talk to a customer. It's almost like barking!! If Iam buying a car for $7300 and book value in system is $8000, my purchase value is almost more than 90% of the book value, hence BC tax should be on $7300, the lady made me pay tax of 12% on full book value she doesn't know this, nor have patience in explaining the insurance. PLEASE AVOID GOING. If at all vivek is available I would recommend else no.
