BMO Investorline has taken 10 calendar days to process a funds transfer to my BMO checking Account. They are way over stepping their role in assessing my RESP receipts submitted and repeatedly issue false task completion dates to me causing me to repeatedly call into their call centre to get them working on the transfer once again. Be very cautious if considering BMO Investorline for RESP holdings. I am very frustrated to be repeatedly given unreliable task performance information and the complete lack of follow through on their end.

Worst trading app I have ever used they need to step up their game. There are so many better trading apps out there. They take forever to do withdrawals and charge 10 dollars every trade. The system bugs all of the time, and it takes days to correct itself. Not fun when I move thousands of dollars to my checking account and have no clue where the money went.

The trading platform and specifically the mobile app, should be improved.
1. It needs to have pre and after market trading. Calling by phone to put an order after market is not a good idea. I did that few times, and didn't work out well.
2. Trailing stop is not working well. The stop limit, should be updated more ofen, and in real time. Should allow for dollar amount, and lower than 5%.

I am actually looking to leave BMO investorline, because there are better trading platforms.

Can I leave 0 stars? I wish. horrrendous service. I won't even use the word customer in there. Tried to transfer a large amount of money into an account there from another service provider. It took over 4 months to get this accomplished. the representatives never know whats going on, lie to you and even after speaking with managers I probably was on the phone twice weekly with them over this period to try and get this solved. It is easier to land a probe on Mars than it is to do business with BMO. I will be removing all of my accounts from here. BMO - Smarten up.

BMO Investorline has definitely improved upon their customer service. The several instances where I had to make a call, I waited no longer than 3 minutes.

The agents are very knowledgeable about their job; this is evident by the fact that when I do need to make a phone call to BMO Investorline, the entire sessions usually doesn't last longer than 10 minutes.

I have found the agents to be professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and even sometimes humorous! Believe it or not, being kind means you will receive kindness in return!

I am happy to give BMO Investorline my business, and working with them has always been simple and a pleasure.
