The staff at all the branches have always made me feel very welcome to the point that they feel like family.
My home branch in Fort St. James have gone out of their way to be helpful when I was once stuck in a small town in the Kootneys, and I called the Integris Credit Union in Fort St. James explained my predicament, and they gave me a small loan on the spot so that I was able to get back home. This financial institution is absolutely stellar. I can't say enough good about them.
Thank you to all the staff, including the customer service staff in the telephone banking service department for always being friendly and personal. I love banking with these incredibly competent and highly motivated people.

I have been with Integris since the bank was in Parkwood Mall. Moved everything over from a big name bank that made me feel worthless(many years ago)My boys and their spouses also deal with Integris. Excellent service and great people.

I like the personal contact with employees. And, when travelling I have twice come into difficulties and contacted Integris with the problem which they immediately looked into. Had there been a fraud of some sort, they would have protected me. Yup. You are the best!
