Best banking experience I've ever had. Lifetime member of CIBC because that's where my parents banked but they had terrible service - switching to Integris has been awesome. They have awesome interest rates and go above and beyond for their customers. Do yourself a favour and leave the big bank and move to Integris.

Went there to look at rates of tfsa , gic and where to put put my investment..
I found he just answered a couple of questions and never went over anything
Will be investing in a different bank .

Always wanted to change my accounts to a credit union, dealt with Integris for business for 5+ years and they are amazing! I started by getting my home insurance through them and finally switched to them fully this year from my old national bank after 22 years and was not sorry to leave the old bank! I just love the staff at Integris, so friendly and do their best to accommodate you with everything!

This has been the most incompetent bank I have ever dealt with. They could never once live up to their word, always had a ton of excuses as to why they didn't, so disappointing. The best thing I did was close my account with this mindless bank. I strongly suggest any other bank if you want a good experience with a bank.
