I had a very disappointing experience with Insureline, specifically with Claire Sun. We were referred to this company by a trusted relative. Claire promised that we would receive a quote by Friday, October 4, but despite multiple follow-ups through emails and phone calls, we received no response whatsoever.

We expected more professionalism and responsiveness, especially given the personal referral, but our experience has been nothing short of frustrating. If this is how they handle potential clients, I’d be wary of trusting them with something as important as home insurance.
