A first-rate broker! I have been buying auto insurance for 40 years and home insurance for 30 years, and sadly, my experience has almost always been confusing, frustrating and unpleasant. A month ago I stumbled into InsureBC Westview almost by accident, hoping to resolve a home insurance policy that had gone off the rails. I had the great pleasure of meeting Amir Foradi, and was amazed to find that obtaining home insurance could actually be a pleasurable experience. Who knew? Amir was very knowledgeable and efficient as he found a great solution for me. But equally important to his skills with insurance products was his caring, upbeat, considerate, and respectful approach.

Today I repeated the positive experience in purchasing travel insurance as well as new vehicle replacement insurance - the latter replacing a "questionable" policy I had been pressured into purchasing at the dealership - better products at lower prices. Amir has earned my trust and loyalty.

When I visited this branch to transfer the car ownership over to the purchaser of my vehicle, I was not impressed.

The agent, named SHIMA, pressured me to sign the documents before I was ready since the car purchase settlement was in progress and it would take just a few minutes to complete. When I asked for more time, she continued to be pushy and impatient.

Moreover, she directly talked to the purchaser in front of me, and said “He does not understand what I’m saying”.
It was extremely irritating and unpleasant and by far the worst experience with insurance services.

Even was she to prepare the paperwork, she should have given me peace of mind and could create a tension-free environment.
I leave it to your judgment as to how the rest of process went on following such an awkward initiation.
Due to the sensitive nature regarding the sale of my vehicle, I did not appreciate the way I was treated whatsoever.

The agent I dealt with (SHIMA) lacked tact and professionalism.
Never will I deal with this branch in the future.

Take your business elsewhere, if customer service, professionalism, and respect matter to you!
