My wife and I moved to BC from Ontario and needed assistance in understanding the registration and insurance process. We looked around and eventually ended up at Insure BC West End being assisted by Samaneh Rajaei. What a lucky break for us that we happen to have met her and have her help us out. She assisted us though the insurance process offering us various options in order to ensure the best coverage at an affordable rate. Samaneh also help us with getting our Veteran's plates as well as classic plates for our weekend driver. Great service by Insure BC and for sure Samaneh was a very big reason why we won't go anywhere else.

Inexperienced staff member does not know what she is doing and she took lots of my time while the supervisor was on the phone and was not able to help the server timely. I needed a small change on my insurance papers. I left my papers there and went to the other shops in the mall to finish my other obligations and needed to use my time efficiently while these ladies taking time to figure out what to do with my papers When I came back to the store I noticed the job was not done and the supervisor said they were refusing to do the job and I was accused not being patient with them. I was shocked to hear this. I went to the other insurance agent couple blocks away and they finished the task in 2 minutes. I had a terrible experience and they consumed my time for nothing because of their technical incapacity plus their righteous attitude was terrible. Instead of apologizing for taking my time they refused to serve!!!!

That place was a nice and convenient location to take care of my insurance matters. The staff was really helpful and patient. I was a little confused with my documents, and it was crowded with clients, but they didn't exhibit any unpleasant behavior. I recommend this place to those who are in DT.?

Horrible experience! They can’t answer simple questions about the insurance. Very unexperienced and entitled staff with rude attitude. I will never step into this location ever again!

Went to renew my insurance here. Did not have a photo of my odometer, so the agent gave me their email that I could send a picture. I did it as soon as I got home, Jan 13,2024. I have periodically re-emailed asking if it was received, to no reply.
