Used InsureBC for one month coverage on a rental condo (through Vancouver Extended Stay). The online process was easy. I needed more information about payment, coverage, etc. and spoke with Philip in customer support. He was informative, helpful and really went above and beyond in answering my questions. He also took care to create scheduled email notifications for me so I could stay on track. Great company, great customer service. Highly recommend.

Get it done fast as well. Way more effective, efficient and some how much cheaper to do it here online than with other offline brokers except deductible coverage is limited up to 100K for my condo.

Asked for a quote for a Replacement Cost Policy for a new vehicle. Information received from Catherine Rukin indicated the 5 year policy would cover the original cost of the vehicle ($62,000) and in future years would cover the increased MSRP for the full five years. After I purchased the policy, they sent me the actual policy. It states that the maximum payout is $60,000 and does not increase each year. Very misleading. I cancelled the policy. I will not do business with this brokerage, nor this insurance company, now or in the future
