I am new to Alberta, and changing my insurance from BC seemed intimidating, given that there are so many providers in Alberta. I’ve been with insuramix for years and years now. Recently we purchased our very first home and due to unexpected reason our lawyer had to move the signing date earlier than expected. No heads up given to Ms.Cathy and no enough information for the new home ins. I was so stressed out because I was busy at work and with so many things as well couldn’t provide her much info she needed about the house but she made it work. She contacted the proper person on my behalf and made it work. She constantly and patiently communicated with me just to get everything done without me getting into more stress. She was very helpful and informative too and on our signing day she called me right at the exact time when the lawyer needed what they were asking for and went smoothly ofcourse with all her help. I recommend her and the company. Thank you again Ms.Cathy we truly appreciate it.

Also gave us the run around. Cathy did not have our best interests in mind as a broker. We were presented with limited policy options only to find out “last minute” that there were additional options (after we had mentioned we would be shopping around). We did not feel confident in her professional abilities plus she would always be very delayed in getting back to us. We have moved on to a different broker.

I've been doing business with Cathy and Insuramix since the company started. She examined and presented several options and saved me money right off the get go. I've occasionally had to phone for adjustments of policies and one claim. Any time if she was not available immediately, she returned calls expediently and if I was in a hurry and phoned again there was a heartfelt apology for the delay. She responded once when she was in the middle of her holidays! I've checked other options for my 4 wheel and 2 wheel vehicles and so far no one's been able to touch her prices. My one claim was handled extremely well and her guidance certainly assisted the process. I have never remained with another broker as long as I have with Insuramix.
