服务态度一点都不好，想问一些问题工作人员也没有耐心听完，一直打断我想要说的话。给人的感觉就很不尊重他人。就算海外银行跟国内银行是分开的两个系统，但这种服务态度在任何机构都是说不过去的。希望可以提高一下人员素质，最起码可以多一点耐心和尊重。这样沟通起来会轻松很多。

体验感最差的银行，没有之一。还以为挂着国内四大行的名号，服务可以稍微好点。可万万没想到，其服务态度之差，工作效率之低，简直令人咋舌。信用卡审批说好的两个礼拜可以给你拖延超过两个月，客服电话可以给你从东家转拨到西家转拨N次。另外粤语不好的小伙伴还是选择用英语跟他们交流吧，他们的国语水准应该还不如小学生。国内办GIC的小伙伴切记不要办工行，切记！
The worst bank in Canada. It's one of the four biggest banks in China, so I assume that the service should be ok here. While it makes me shocked by their bad service and poor efficiency. The approval to the credit card has extended to more than two months in contrast to their promise of two weeks at first. The customer service phone can be transferred in several times by their not-so-skilled staff. Besides, if you can't speak Cantonese, use English, never use mandarin. Their mandarin level is ridiculous. Finally, never choose ICBK for GIC. NEVER!

I love ICBC, their service is excellent, I opened an account in Guangzhou, and never regret. I was so satisfied with their service. keep on with the spirit..Unfortunate that was in China, here in Canada, specially in Richmond, they have a lot to improve and catch up.
