提前虽然打支行的电话想问一下激活账户能不能直接来，用不用预约结果没打通。第二天想着直接过来看看，带了所有需要的文件来了之后事情很快就处理好了。Jennifer很热情，所有事情都事无巨细的解释清楚，避免了之后忘记密码啊，或者不明白什么东西是做什么用的。体验很好👍

Don't waste your time with them. You come to apply for a credit card and they get scared, asking you "how do you plan to use it?". Their credit card is meant for people who plan to go to China, and that is it. Anything above that scares them to death. No wonder they don't have automated application process on their website, like all other Canadian banks, instead they want to interview you over a phone. They are probably hanging by a thread in anticipation of future sanctions and would rather kick you out than take chances having you as a customer.

I really enjoy their dual-currency credit card. I don’t need to carry too much Chinese Currency when I frequently travel to China. It’s so convenient to pay with my CNY account and save the exchange cost.
