Absolutely thrilled with my new 2025 Yukon AT4 from Hunter Motors Athabasca! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome and taken care of. The service staff at Hunter Motors did everything they could to attend to my needs in a prompt and efficient manner. I called with my service questions and they booked my vehicle in quickly for a thorough diagnosis. Once the problem was identified my vehicle was booked into the shop. The repairs were made and I had my vehicle back in less than 24hours, even after parts had to be ordered. I commend and highly recommend Justin and his service department staff and I appreciate their prompt attention to my needs.

Great service, Steve was awesome to deal with, Marc with finance was very straight forward and wasn’t trying to hide anything. I have had a bad experience before buying a vehicle from the city and they tried throwing extra stuff in that I didn’t want but that was not the case here! Overall the experience was fantastic and the team at hunters was very accommodating on time lines and helping me out.

Maybe you’ve spent time in those huge dealerships? The ones where there are people everywhere and no one will give you time of day unless you pull out your cheque book? And then they’re on to someone else. High volumes with no connection to their customers.
At Hunter Motors, there’s a chance they see you on the lot and know who you are before you walk inside. And you’ll probably talk about your kids or the Oilers or how it would be nice to get a rain.
And you’ll eventually get around to talking about autos. Either new ones or servicing old ones. Or maybe a part or two.
And you’ll be treated right and fair and they’ll be there for you if and when you need.
And they’ll say Hi when they see you at Tim’s or on the street.
That just doesn’t happen in big stores.
There’s a reason Hunter Motors has been in business 75 years. They do it right.

Bad experience, Im not sure if they just didnt care about the safety of my vehicle or if they just didnt have the knowledge. Went there complaining about my vehicle swaying in the rear end. They told me my vehicle was mechanically sound, gave me a wheel alignment and the problem was still present. I went to a different mechanic and got the answers I needed.
